Ebooks are delivered by email within minutes of payment, as a personal link (25 downloads and 10 sends to Kindle per order). Damaged parcel, faulty book or book never received: write to us and we will have it reprinted or refund it.
6. Right of withdrawal
Paperbacks, customers living in the European Economic Area (European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway). You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason. The book must be returned complete and in good condition. You are liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics: a book that has been read, annotated or damaged may be refunded at a reduced amount. The return address is given in reply to your request.

This request is made with a tick box before payment and confirmed in the delivery email.
